I loved watching this clip on how this courageous woman is taking back her life after such a debilitating injury. She's inspiring, and a real go-getter. I assume that she has forgiven the friend that pushed her into the pool; so sad that is what caused her injury, but she has certainly made the best of it!
That is awesome! Good for her. If you live in central Texas check out this non-profit organization for spinal injury or other neuro injury/illness exercises. You can also use the gym for free if you have injured your spine. http://www.pressingontx.org/

ReplyDeleteGood for her! Well, that's a good news! Not everyone has the optimism that she have.
